Today was a drag! As in tire drags. We did three short workouts each one started and ended with a 40 meter tire drag. In the middle was 50 reps of a favorite exercise. (well they were favorites of mine anyways) Round one was wallball, round two was pushups and round three was knees to elbows. I love these short sprint style workouts!
