Remember, no park workout tomorrow but here are a couple things to keep you off the street.
1) Try to do 100 perfect squats. No time limit but only count the reps that are nearly perfect, weight on the heels, back straight, hips below the knees, etc.
2) 10 rounds for time of; 10 push-ups and 20 squats.

I am not sure that Isaac and I will be there this Saturday. We are kidsitting through Saturday morning and his dad won't be picking him up until 9:00 or 10:00. Have a great workout!
