A couple weeks ago we did max push-ups in 2 minutes. Today try clapping push-ups. Count any rep where your hands touch each other and you finish in control. Face plants don't count! If you're new to clapping push-ups, then take it easy for now. They can put a lot of stress on the elbows.

I managed to get 18 that counted in about 2 minutes. There were a few more that didn't count because I didn't quite get my hands to each other before I had to get my hands back down to prevent "face plant".
