That was Wednesday's workout. 15 swings and 15 thrusters, max rounds in 15 minutes.

I had Isaac doing some throws for height to work on his hip extension;
Looks to me like he's getting the hang of it.
Please remember that I'll be out of town and we won't be meeting this Friday or Saturday. Back to our regular schedule on Monday. While I'm gone, work on pistols (one-legged sguats) and one-armed push-ups.
It looks like the Garage Gym Makover project will be happening the weekend of May 31st and June 1st.
