Yesterday's workout was;
60 sit-ups
50 double-unders
40 sit-ups
30 lunges
20 sit-ups
10 burpees with pull-up
Today's workout was;
15 dead-lifts
15 shoulder-presses
15 good-mornings
I managed to squeeze out 7 rounds in a little over 20 minutes.
I printed up some refrigerator magnets with our logo on them.
Drop by and pick one up.

Cool magnets!! Now we need to get some shirts made!

Hells Bells! My stomach is sore from Monday and my hamstrings and back are fried from yesterday! I cant wait to see what I feel like tomorrow!
