Vicky was the only brave warrior this evening. After working on her deadlift (160#!) she did a quick WOD of a 500 meter row followed by 3 rounds of 10 knees-to-elbows + 10 clean-&-jerks (with 20# dumb-bells).
I'm going out of town for the Thanksgiving weekend so the next workout will be Monday, December 1st.
