The guys have been slacking the last week or so but the ladies are kicking some butt!
On Monday the workout was; Max rounds in 10 minutes of 15 clean & push-press, 5 squats.

On Wednesday after working on snatches the workout was;
Max rounds in 5 minutes; 5 push-ups, 5 mountain climbers (2 count), 5 jumps (touch the floor with both hands and then jump up and touch the pull-up bar). This workout is an attempt to simulate burpees without the explosive spinal compression that can lead to low back pain.

Friday's workout was; 21, 15, 9 rep rounds of box jumps (19”), deadlift (95#)

During the focus work Tatiana deadlifted 170#.
I had a great mini chipper lined up for Saturday but nobody showed up. You can guess what we'll be doing next Saturday.
