Today's workout was 5 rounds of a bear complex (5 each of Deadlift, Hanging power clean, Front squat, Push press, Back squat)
Nick and I have been working on a "Big 21" routine for the Clean & Jerk. Nick finshed the series tonight and afterwards hit a new PR of 205#. The photos below are of his attempt at 215#.
